Greenlawn RV in Lockbourne is seeking an RV service technician to join our team! The ideal candidate would be dependable and detail oriented while working at a fast pace. This full-time position hours are Tuesday – Saturday; days off would be Sunday & Monday. Full-time benefits are available after 90 days.
Responsibilities
- Diagnose and repair RVs
- New unit prep
- Perform routine maintenance
- Inspect and test RV’s for necessary adjustments
Qualifications
- Experience in general mechanics, electrical, plumbing, carpentry, some fabrication and maintenance.
- Previous experience as a technician, mechanic, or other related fields
- Knowledge of diagnostic and repair equipment
- Strong mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills
- Deadline and detail-oriented
- Mechanical Knowledge
- Troubleshooting
Salary will be based upon experience in the service field. Experience is a plus but not a must-have for this position, we will train the right candidate.
Greenlawn RV in Lockbourne is seeking an RV Service Specialist to join our team!
The ideal candidate would be dependable and detail oriented while working at a fast pace.
Full-time benefits are available after 90 days.
Responsibilities would include, but not limited to:
- Service intake- communicating with the customers to ensure we have accurate paperwork and information needed to perform requested work Inspect and test RVs for necessary adjustments
- Answer Phones, direct service customer
- Assist with retail and warranty parts intake paperwork and verify for accuracy
- Assist with receiving and stocking inventory, maintaining a clean and organized work and storage areas
- Help customers with purchasing requests & research
- Cashier retail parts
- Record Receivers, update part numbers, bin locations, identifiers and pictures
- Assist with quoting insurance and retail parts requests – start to finish
- Assist with Inventory counts
- Support for Service Department
Qualifications
- Full-time position
- Some lifting required (team assistance, if needed)
- Must be able to work well with others and maintain positive interaction with customers and staff
- Must be self-motivated and reliable
- Must be able to take direction well from others
- Basic computer knowledge
- Must be 18 years of age or older
- Drive forklift – unload trucks when needed (training provided)
