I took our Grand Design camper to them for some warranty work and ended up asking them to complete a few other tasks (install steps, de-winterize, etc.). They do not sell this brand and I did not buy it from them. I went there because the Grand Design dealer near our home gave me a ridiculous timeline to get the warranty work done and based on a previous negative experience with their service department, I called Greenlawn on the advice of Grand Design's Customer Service rep.
Not only did they do the work for me as a first-time customer, they did it in ONE DAY as opposed to the weeks the dealer said it would take. All of them (Toby, Molly, Crystal, etc.) were helpful, professional, and competent. They found the dealer had not winterized it properly and as a result a water line had burst. This was fixed and everything put in running order for our use.
I recommend the Greenlawn Service Department 110% and will drive the extra miles to them the next next time our camper needs maintenance. - Neal
